On the morning of February 5, comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the implementation of public duties at the Public Administration Service Center of Tuyen Quang province.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son inspected the handling of administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

Currently, the Public Administration Service Center handles nearly 1,500 administrative procedures of 20 agencies and units in the province. All administrative procedures received and returned at the Center are carried out through the Online Public Service Portal system and the province's electronic one-stop software. In 2024, 22,637 people and businesses participated in the survey and evaluation of the service spirit of officials and civil servants at the Center. Of which, the satisfaction rating was 22,632 (reaching 99.98%). In the first 2 working days of the year of At Ty 2025, the Center received 391 records. The Center has processed and returned results for 187 records, the rest are still being processed.

Many people expressed their satisfaction with the service spirit and dedicated attitude of the officials, and also commented on some procedures that need to be shortened in processing time.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the officials in charge of receiving information and feedback from the people have solutions to ensure that the documents are returned on time, in accordance with the law, to ensure the convenience and satisfaction of the people, in the spirit of administrative service.

Upon checking the ID card issuance procedure department, there were many people coming to complete the procedures. To solve the overload situation at the ID card issuance place, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the leaders of the Provincial Police to quickly add more staff and work counters, not to let this situation drag on, causing inconvenience to citizens.

Talking with the leaders of the Public Administration Service Center, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the fact that the center quickly deployed its work right from the first days of the new year. He emphasized that in the first days of the year, the number of files accumulated was large, the work pressure was great, requiring great efforts and responsibility of the officers and civil servants working at the Center. The leaders of the center need to strengthen supervision and urge relevant agencies to handle administrative procedures, ensure that the handling is in accordance with regulations, 100% of administrative procedure files must be received, processed, and results returned on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Handling Information System, of ministries and branches, and the progress and results of the handling must be synchronized on the National Public Service Portal for people and businesses to monitor and evaluate the implementation process. At the same time, digitize files, handling results, reuse information and data to serve the authentication and sharing of citizen information when performing administrative procedures. Strengthen propaganda, guidance, and assistance for people and businesses to come to the Center to perform administrative procedures through online public services and other forms to ensure effectiveness, substance, and practicality.
