Currently, the Public Administration Service Center handles nearly 1,500 administrative procedures of 20 agencies and units in the province. All administrative procedures received and returned at the Center are carried out through the Online Public Service Portal system and the province's electronic one-stop software. In 2024, 22,637 people and businesses participated in the survey and evaluation of the service spirit of officials and civil servants at the Center. The leaders of the center need to strengthen supervision and urge relevant agencies to handle administrative procedures, ensure that the handling is in accordance with regulations, 100% of administrative procedure files must be received, processed, and results returned on the Provincial Administrative Procedure Handling Information System, of ministries and branches, and the progress and results of the handling must be synchronized on the National Public Service Portal for people and businesses to monitor and evaluate the implementation process. At the same time, digitize files, handling results, reuse information and data to serve the authentication and sharing of citizen information when performing administrative procedures. Strengthen propaganda, guidance, and assistance for people and businesses to come to the Center to perform administrative procedures through online public services and other forms to ensure effectiveness, substance, and practicality.
