On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, comrade Ma The Hong congratulated the comrades who have just been assigned to new positions. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee believes and expects that comrade Pham Quoc Chuong, who has been assigned, appointed, and nominated for election to the new position, will continue to do well in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, promoting his knowledge and experience, and together with the Party Committee, agency leaders, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the new working unit, unite, lead, direct, and organize the effective implementation of work, and successfully complete the assigned tasks. He emphasized that the tasks set for comrade Pham Quoc Chuong in the coming time are extremely heavy. Comrade Pham Quoc Chuong was born on August 14, 1971.
- Professional qualification: University of Transport, Construction Economics; Political theory qualification: Advanced; State management: Senior specialist program.
He has worked for nearly 30 years (from October 1995 to January 2025); working at 04 agencies and units. Including:
- From October 1995 to April 2002: Specialist of Bridge Project Management Board, Deputy Head of General Administration Department, Department of Transport of Tuyen Quang province.
- From April 2002 to May 2015: Office Specialist, Deputy Head of Department; Head of Planning, Investment and Construction Department, Office of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee.
- From May 2015 to June 2022: Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, 2020-2025 term, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang city for the 2011-2016 term, 2016-2021 term, 2016-2021 term.
- From January 2022 to June 2022: Deputy Director of the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province. From July 2022 to present: Member of the Provincial People's Committee, Director of the Department of Construction of Tuyen Quang province.
