Going through 2024 with many difficulties, challenges, and natural disasters, the province's economy still achieved an impressive growth rate of 9.04%, the highest growth rate in the past 10 years, in the top 12 provinces with the highest growth rate in the country. 20/20 socio-economic development targets of the province were achieved and exceeded the plan. State budget revenue reached over 4,300 billion VND, completed 1 year ahead of the target set by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; the average gross regional domestic product (GRDP) per capita reached nearly 62 million VND/person/year.
From 2021 to present, Tuyen Quang has invested over 50 trillion VND in key projects and works on inter-regional traffic connectivity, removing "bottlenecks" to promote the province's socio-economic development.
Identifying the work of building the Party and the political system as the central and key task, the past 4 years have been a time of many difficulties and challenges, with unprecedented tasks, but the Party Committee of Tuyen Quang province has focused on its spirit and responsibility to direct the implementation of tasks comprehensively and deeply, enhancing the prestige of the province and consolidating the trust of the people. The province has always paid attention to the fields of social security. The emulation movement to join hands to "eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses", "leave no one behind" has spread widely.

Speaking at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga affirmed that the results achieved by the province are extremely important for the province to realize the goals set for the 2020-2025 term. She thanked the former leaders of the province and key leaders of the past periods for their regular attention, encouragement, experience sharing, and many enthusiastic contributions to the development of the province. This is a vivid demonstration of the role and significance of the strength of great solidarity, of inheritance and promotion between generations; it is also a solid foundation and a great driving force to help our province confidently rise up and achieve many victories in the process of implementing goals and tasks in the coming time, first of all, completing the targets and tasks in 2025.

The province has been urgently and comprehensively implementing policies, tasks and solutions for the province's development in the coming time. The focus is on implementing solutions to successfully implement the targets and tasks of the 2020-2025 term; focusing on building documents for the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, with the overarching goal and task of soon turning Tuyen Quang into a fairly developed, comprehensive and sustainable province in the Northern mountainous region; striving to become a province with an upper middle income by 2030, creating a solid foundation to become a high-income province in the Northern midland and mountainous region by 2045.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga hopes that former provincial leaders and key provincial leaders of all periods, with their valuable experience, enthusiasm and affection for their homeland, will continue to participate and contribute more ideas to the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province, truly becoming typical nuclei in building a great solidarity bloc to successfully carry out local political tasks.
The conference also informed about some important policies of the province that are being implemented. Delegates discussed and gave opinions on the socio-economic situation of the province, solutions in 2025 and the next period.
