Opportunities to promote culture and tourism

The opening of a series of cultural, sports and tourism events and activities that take place during the year to introduce and promote the potentials and advantages of tourism development, cultural heritage values, resources and tourism products of the province is the Opening Ceremony of the Tourism Year of Tuyen Quang province 2024.  was held on the evening of April 27. The program with many attractive activities such as: The Third Tuyen Quang International Hot Air Balloon Festival at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square.

The International Hot Air Balloon Light Festival combines the performance of Disc Jockey (DJ) bands. Within the framework of the program, there are also activities such as: Displaying and introducing tourism products and Tuyen Quang craft village in 2024, with the participation of more than 100 booths of Tuyen Quang province and other provinces and cities across the country; conference on connecting investment, trade, tourism and craft villages in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Tuyen Quang; launched a typical tourism product with the theme "My Lam Hot Mineral - Magical Spring"...

In order to create a novelty to attract tourists, localities in the province have also developed a plan to organize many experiential activities for tourists. Accordingly, activities in districts and cities include: Na Hang Snow Shan Tea Festival associated with the Na Hang district ethnic cuisine contest; experience exploring ecotourism in the forest; Festival of folk songs, folk dances, cultural and artistic exchanges; introduce cultural products, tourism products, agricultural products, local cuisine; activities associated with the life of local people...

In Lam Binh highland district, from 27 to 29 - 4, many attractive activities will take place such as: organizing the Lam Binh district leather volleyball tournament; announcing tourism products of Pa Thanh ethnic fire jumping ceremony in Thuong Minh village, Hong Quang commune; singing Ancient Then; the opening of the eco-historical experience tourism route - exploring the H52 Relic - Khuoi Nhi waterfall - Khuoi Pin cave, Lam Binh Brocade and Cuisine Festival...

Mr. Cao Van Minh, Head of the Culture and Information Department of Lam Binh district, said that in order to prepare the conditions to be ready to welcome guests on the occasion of Tuyen Quang organizing the tourism year and organizing a number of response activities in the district, the district People's Committee has directed tourist attractions,  travel businesses and tourism service establishments review plans and best prepare human resources and facilities to meet the increasing demand of tourists; regulations on listing prices and selling at the listed prices, not increasing prices, forcing tourist prices...

In Na Hang district, activities in response to the Tuyen Quang Tourism Year have been specifically developed and implemented by the district and commune. From April 27 to May 1, the district will organize activities such as: Na Hang Snow Shan Tea Festival associated with the national cuisine contest; Festivals and summer camps are associated with experiencing and exploring ecotourism in the forest. Some localities in the district also organize many response activities such as: fishing contests, exchanges of then singing and dandelion clubs; organizing sports tournaments; traditional thick cake contest...

Ready to welcome guests

Preparing for the Year of Tourism of Tuyen Quang province in 2024, tourist areas and attractions in the province have carefully prepared the conditions of facilities and technical facilities, strengthened the connection of tours and routes, renewed products and improved service quality, ready to welcome and serve tourists for sightseeing,  experience.

Mr. Le Thanh Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said that the opening event of the Tuyen Quang Tourism Year was held on the occasion of the holidays of 30-4 and 1-5 (a break of 5 days), tourists are expected to visit and experience in the zones,  tourist attractions in the province are very crowded. The Department has coordinated with localities to direct tourist zones and attractions to prepare well in all aspects to welcome tourists and improve service quality. At the same time, strengthen the management and control of the quality of tourism service business, promptly handle violations.

The food festival is one of the activities in response to the Year of Tourism of Lam Binh district.

The province currently has 445 accommodation establishments, 4,474 rooms, 6,326 beds, 35 hotels from 1 to 4 stars; over 250 culinary restaurants, of which many restaurants have focused on building their own brands, renovating, upgrading and supplementing auxiliary services, improving service quality, and serving more professionally; local traditional dishes have been exploited and introduced to tourists by a number of restaurants and have created a unique feature of Tuyen Quang. Up to now, the province has 191 products that meet OCOP standards to serve tourists.

Ms. Ma Thi Kim Thu, owner of Hoan Nuong tourist boat, Na Hang town (Na Hang) said: "This year, the holiday is on the weekend, the long vacation is long, and it is on the occasion of the province organizing the opening of the Tuyen Quang Tourism Year. Currently, we are carrying out machinery maintenance, checking conditions to ensure waterway traffic safety. We are committed to ensuring the safety of visitors, helping visitors have the best experience when coming to Na Hang."

Ms. Bui Thi Tuyet, owner of Van Tue Mai Son Hotel, Tan Quang Ward (Tuyen Quang City), said that all rooms of the hotel have been "refurbished" with luxurious furniture to meet the highest requirements of domestic and international tourists. All services of the hotel during the opening days of Tuyen Quang Tourism Year do not increase prices and ensure the best quality.

With a series of events and many attractive tourism activities, Tuyen Quang is ready to welcome tourists on the occasion of Tuyen Quang organizing events and activities in response to the opening of the Tuyen Quang Tourism Year. At the same time, it wishes to invite domestic and foreign investors to explore investment cooperation opportunities, exploit the potential and strengths of tourism of the province in order to introduce and promote the potentials and advantages of tourism development, cultural heritage values, resources and tourism products of the province.
